Logo Submission Guidelines for Custom Orders

To ensure the best quality customization, please follow these steps when submitting your business logo:

Acceptable: High-resolution JPEG (300 DPI or higher)

File Format:

Preferred: PNG, SVG, AI, or EPS (with transparent background if possible)
Vector files are ideal for the cleanest engraving or printing

Design Quality:

Please ensure your logo is clear, not blurry or pixelated

File Name: Name your file with your business name for easy reference (e.g., GlamBeauty_Logo.png) Or email your file to weekndshop@outlook.com with your order number in the subject line

How to Submit:

Upload your logo directly at checkout (if available) or with email address above.

If you have any questions about your file type or need help preparing your logo, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist!

Important Notice Before Ordering

Logo Submission:
Please send your logo file after placing your order. We accept almost all file formats. Make sure the logo is clear.
Design Confirmation:
Once we receive your logo, we will create a mock-up and send it to you for approval.
Printing Process:
After you confirm the design, we will start printing immediately.
Note: Once printing begins, the design cannot be changed.
24-Hour Rule:
If we do not receive your logo within 24 hours after your order, we will ship a plain shirt without any logo.

Return policy

Refund & Return Policy

Customers have 24 hours to cancel or modify their order before it is processed. Once items are processed and shipped, changes to the order, including shipping address, phone number, or email, cannot be made. Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout.

Return/Refund Qualifications

Sunglasses, accessories, and sale/discounted items are final sale.
Clothing items can be returned within 7 days for store credit.
Returned items must be unworn and sent back in their original packaging.
We do not provide labels for any returns

Please note that you will only be refunded for the cost of the item. Returns submitted outside the specified time frame will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender. Ensure that any eligible returned products are unworn and undamaged. Weekend Shade does not provide return labels for refunded items.

Missed or incorrect address

For deliveries to missed or incorrect addresses that result in packages being returned to the sender, refunds will only cover the cost of the item and not the shipping fees. Please double-check your address for accuracy before completing your checkout.

Exchange/ Damaged Items

For exchange of a damaged or incorrect items, Contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can replace or exchange item in a timely matter. Damage products will only be replaced & not refunded We will issue a return label for exchange products only. No pair of sunglasses will be accepted back for exchange if deemed worn or damaged.

Qualification for Exchange ONLY

If you receive a broken or damaged item upon delivery, you have up to 7 business days to contact us regarding the damaged product. Requests made outside this time frame will not be eligible for an exchange.
We do not offer exchanges for sunglasses or accessories in different colors.
All sunglasses and accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
