Refund & Return Policy
Customers have 24 hours to cancel or modify their order before it is processed. Once items are processed and shipped, changes to the order, including shipping address, phone number, or email, cannot be made. Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout.
Return/Refund Qualifications
- Sunglasses, accessories, and sale/discounted items are final sale.
- Clothing items can be returned within 7 days for store credit.
- Returned items must be unworn and sent back in their original packaging.
- We do not provide labels for any returns
Please note that you will only be refunded for the cost of the item. Returns submitted outside the specified time frame will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender. Ensure that any eligible returned products are unworn and undamaged. Weekend Shade does not provide return labels for refunded items.
Missed or incorrect address
For deliveries to missed or incorrect addresses that result in packages being returned to the sender, refunds will only cover the cost of the item and not the shipping fees. Please double-check your address for accuracy before completing your checkout.
Exchange/ Damaged Items
For exchange of a damaged or incorrect items, Contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can replace or exchange item in a timely matter. Damage products will only be replaced & not refunded We will issue a return label for exchange products only. No pair of sunglasses will be accepted back for exchange if deemed worn or damaged.
Qualification for Exchange ONLY
- If you receive a broken or damaged item upon delivery, you have up to 7 business days to contact us regarding the damaged product. Requests made outside this time frame will not be eligible for an exchange.
- We do not offer exchanges for sunglasses or accessories in different colors.
- All sunglasses and accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
